Flat Fee Entry Only Listing-

These programs are designed for the 'For Sale By Owner' (FSBO) to retain their FSBO status and still get the advantage of having their property listed in the local Realtor Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  These programs provide a limited amount of service and leaves the bulk of the responsibility on the seller. The listing broker provides no representation for the transaction.

Flat Fee Limited Service Listing-

A flat fee limited service listing is a step above the Entry Only Listing. They provide a range of services for the seller including representation throughout the transaction. Certain marketing avenues are left up to the seller, such as print advertising and holding their own openhouses.

Full Service Listings-

These listings are the traditional commission based listings where we handle all aspects of the transaction. All pricing on these types of listings are fully negotiable.
